PRESIDENT - HUY VU [SENIOR]
Hello, my name is Huy Vu and I am serving you guys as this years President. I joined Key Club because I love helping out the community and interacting with people from other schools. My favorite key club moment was after March of Dimes, the whole club went together to get lunch. This was my first big event as president and I was happy to see all the faces I will be serving the next term. During my term as president, I hope to increase membership and become a good role model to everyone. My favorite hobbies include playing League of Legends, hanging out with friends, and going to the gym. My favorite thing to eat would have to be the Pig Out Tavern Double with the bottomless fries from Red Robins.
V.P. - TRAVIS NGUYEN [SENIOR]
Hello! Travis Nguyen reporting to duty as this terms Vice President! I joined Key Club because I have an undying passion for service! Fall Rally had impacted me greatly because I got to meet many new people that I would have never met before. DCON was the highlight of my 2016 because I got to spend it with one of my close friends, Deion Lam (Historian), in such an unknown place! I got to meet so many new people and bond with others from my club! During my term, I hope to build and unite the whole club into one huge family all with the same passion for service. Although i'm not very good, League of Legends is one of my favorite games to play because I get to talk to my friends on skype! Just because I am skinny doesn't mean I don't love food! My favorite thing to eat is pizza because there are so many varieties of it.
TREASURER - BRYAN TANG [SENIOR]
My name is Bryan Tang and I am this year's Treasurer. I joined because I am a lonely person and I wanted to meet cute girls. My favorite Key Club moment would have to be attending the Black Light Run because it was loads of fun and it still counted as service. Throwing powder at the runners was such a great time because I also got to bond with some of the other members. Trying to plot out ways to unload a ton of powder on a person with other people brought us alot closer. For this term, I want to focus on fundraising for our club to lower funds for events such as Fall Rally and DCON. Lowering the cost of these events would increase the attendance and would make it more fun because the more, the merrier. My Hobbies include playing basketball and tennis. This gives me the competitive edge and helps me complete objectives in mind. My favorite food would have to be AYCE Korean BBQ because it is cheap and fills you up!
SECRETARY - HILLARY NGUYEN [SOPHOMORE]
Hello! My name is Hillary Tran and I am this years Secretary. I joined Key Club because I wanted to get involved in clubs and meet new people. My favorite Key Club moment was at Fall Rally during a spirit battle because one of the D35W Seals had some mad rhymes and made me laugh so hard. During my term I want to increase the amount of member attendance at events and bond with new members so they feel like a part of our BIG ohana! I LOVE swimming, scouts, and long walks on the beach 😉. My favorite food is EVERYTHING!
EVENT COORDINATOR - KHOI VU [SENIOR]
Sup mah dudes! I am Khoi Vu and the 1st half to the Event Coordinators! I just wanted to join a club so, I joined the biggest one on campus! My favorite memory was going to the GrovexLaQuinta Bonfire because it was fun and interactive. This term I want to get fun and interesting events for the club (which takes time to find); not the common or the boring ones. I like to play a guitar (still learning), learn about space and other interesting theories (mostly from youtube-especially Ted Ed), and go out. My favorite food are Asian Dumplings!!!
EVENT COORDINATOR-TIFFANY THAN [SOPHOMORE]
Hello! I'm Tiffany Than and I'll be serving you guys as the 2nd 1/2 to the Event Coodinators :)) I joined key club because I saw all the things the club did for the community. It brought the school together no matter who you were. My favorite key club moment was at Fall Rally. I was in a spirit battle against the dragons from D4W. Fall Rally is what made me want to pursue key club. As project chair, my goal is to find a variety of events, including marathons, environmental projects, and helping the less fortunate. I want to increase member attendance at events. I like to play tennis and binge watch tv shows. Food is food, but my favorite is pasta :)) I hope to see EVERYONE at events!! ❤️
ICC/SPIRIT - TINA TRAN [SOPHOMORE]
Hello peeps! My name is Tina Tran and I am this year's ICC Representative and Spirit Coordinator. I joined Key Club because I wanted to meet more people and be able to volunteer at the same time! My favorite Key Club moment has to be during Fall Rally when we all do the cheering at the spirit sessions. This year, I want to connect our club with others on campus and hopefully have socials between us. My favorite hobbies are dancing and singing and havin' a gooooood timeeeee. My favorite food is chicken!!!
Hello! I am Tony Lee and this year's Tech Editor. I joined Key Club because I wanted to be more involved with school activities and Key Club seemed like a great choice. My favorite Key Club moment is every moment 😉. At the end of my term, I want to walk on the stage at DCON 2017 and claim that Distinguished Tech Editor award! During my free time I like to play league and watch anime. My favorite thing to eat is Phở!
TECH EDITOR - TONY LEE [SENIOR]
Hello friends! My name is Deion Lam and I am this year's Historian! I joined Key Club for service hours but stayed for the people. Key Club has changed me into the person I am today. My favorite Key Club moment was going to DCON because of all the interesting people I had met. DCON was an enjoyable time because of all the bonding activities we did and I feel like all the people in our club who had went got alot closer in just the 3 days spent there. My goal this year is to take lots of pictures and create memories for all of our members. When a person is having withdrawals from an event, they can go onto my facebook and look back at all the photos and memories created that day. My favorite things to do on my spare time are go to service events, hang out, and play tennis. My favorite foods are tacos and burritos because there is so much flavor packed into a tortilla!
